Town of Chilton Comprehensive Plan
The Town of Chilton Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on a proposed amendment to the Town of Chilton Comprehensive Plan at the Town of Chilton Town Hall on Monday, January 10, 2011 at 7:30 p.m.
On November 14, 2007, the Town of Chilton adopted by ordinance a Comprehensive Plan that included a Preferred Land Use map. The Town of Chilton Plan Commission has recommended that certain areas currently shown as Agricultural Enterprise be amended to General Agriculture and certain areas currently shown as General Agriculture be amended to Agricultural Enterprise.
The proposed amendments to the Preferred land Use map can be viewed at the Town Hall by contacting the Town Clerk at 849-4720 for an appointment, or on the Town’s website (www.townofchilton.com). If you can not attend the public hearing, you may submit written comments to the Town Clerk before the date of the public hearing.
The Town Board will meet immediately following the Public Hearing to take action on the Preferred Land Use Map.
