Agenda

1. Call meeting to order

2. Roll Call and Pledge of Allegiance

3. Public Comments

4. Review and possibly act on recommendation from the Plan Commission regarding modifications to the Preferred Land Use Map to reflect a change in the southeast corner of the Town to establish Rural Character land use designation. If approved, a resolution will be signed.

5. Review and possibly act on a recommendation from the Plan Commission
regarding a density ratio for a Rural Character land use designation. If approved, a resolution may be signed.

6. Review and possibly act on a recommendation from the Plan Commission regarding changes to the Land Use Chapter. If approved, a resolution may be signed.

7. Adjournment
